Required Equipment:

  • Barbell

  • Plates

  • Kettlebells

  • Squat Rack with pull-up bar

  • At least one piece of cardio equipment (ideally two pieces such as a rower, air bike, or ski erg.)

  • Bands

  • Plyometric Box

  • TRX Straps or Rings

  • Landmine

  • Trap Bar

  • Chains are optional

  • Pulling sled is optional

  • Best executed at a box gym or home gym
